Pham Huy Trung became Vietnam’s most famous landscape photographer by winning several 1st and 2nd prices at renowned photo competitions like the Sony World Photography Award, SkyPixel Contest, Siena International Photo Awards, HIPA Award and 35Awards. 34 of his photographs were featured by National Geographic Magazine. This is even more impressive as Pham Huy Trung discovered his passion for photography, especially for drone photography, only a couple of years ago in 2016. Before he was working 14 years in the telecommunication sector as a graduate from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2002. Since then has traveled all over Vietnam to capture the beauty of the country’s natural diversity from unexpected angles and often with in amazing lightning moods: “Staying up all night to shoot that one magic moment has become normal”.
